These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the fadedfloral.com website. By placing an order with The Faded Floral Company you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Please note that all products are hand made in different batches and there may be fractional variations in size. Please note that there may also be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be liable for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or monitor.

All orders are processed directly though this web site. All orders are processed securely via a third party payment system. Transactions are processed using a secure encrypted server. We do not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your purchase details to any third party.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately.

All rights, including the copyright of this website are owned by or licensed to The Faded Floral Company. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. Please see our copyright section of this website for additional clarification. 

The Faded Floral Company is happy to exchange or refund any unwanted or faulty items returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused and with tags attached within 14 days. Please email us before sending any goods back. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recordable post as we can not be held responsible for any return items that go missing. Please return items to The Faded Floral company, unit 14, Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham, GL51 8FL.

If you have selected our 'Standard Delivery' option, it is our aim to deliver to you within 5 working days of the receipt of your order. In the event that we are unable to achieve this and which will delay your delivery, we will email you with an expected delivery date or the option to cancel your order. Please see our 'Delivery Terms' for full details. All international shipping orders will be similarly despatched within 5 days or sooner. Delivery times will vary depending on country and courier. 

Cut fabric orders are non-returnable.
