Delivery & Returns

Standard delivery to the UK is offered free on all goods, and parcels will usually be delivered with 5 working days. All parcels are normally despatched by Royal Mail or Courier. In the event of us being unable to achieve these delivery times (if an item is out of stock) we will notify you by email immediately.

Deliveries outside of the UK are costed by region. All our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. If goods are sent by courier, such as DHL or UPS, you may have to pay the courier Import Duty or a Formal Entry Fee, upon delivery. Delivery to the EU, USA, and Rest Of World is normally with 7-10 working days.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for specific deadlines. Similarly any third party involvement or courier / customs delays are outside our control. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays are classed as non-working days.

In the event that you are not happy with a product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, return the goods and we will arrange a no quibble refund or exchange. 

Please note that all cut fabric orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
